Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it. If you receive a product that is:

Include your order number, clear photos of the product, and details of the issue so we can review your request.

If the product is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Personal care products

  • Perishable goods

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers may have the legal right to cancel their order within 14 days in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

However, refunds will only be issued if the item received is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrect.
